Changes to Coke Zone
The site looks different – what happened?
From 16 October 2013, Coke Zone members are no longer able to collect Coke Zone points and redeem them for rewards and prize draws.
Coke Zone is still your virtual door to the Coca-Cola world, with access to great promotions, events and experiences.
What new features does the site have?

Can I still access the site on my mobile?
Yes! Our site looks better than ever on mobile and you’ve got access to all its awesome features.
Why did you change Coke Zone?
Because we wanted to focus on what Coke Zone does best - offering our members amazing opportunities and uniquely Coca-Cola experiences.
How did you communicate these changes?
If you’re a registered Coke Zone member, we emailed you on 16 April 2013, and again at least 3 times in the 30 days leading up to the changes.
If you’ve logged in or entered a code since 15 April 2013, you will also have seen this information in a pop-up box on your screen.
Can I still enter codes?
No, we’re afraid not.
I’ve found a code on my pack, why can’t I enter it?
We’ve phased out the codes on packs, but you might occasionally spot one in the next few weeks. These aren’t valid and won’t generate any points.
I have leftover codes that I didn’t have a chance to enter before 15 October 2013. How can I use them?
These codes are no longer valid and have no value.
What about codes for special ‘on pack’ promotions, like ‘Win a Marc Jacobs bag every minute’?
These promotions will still happen every so often. When they do, you’ll find details on specially marked packs, and you’ll still be able to enter on Coke Zone. We’ll also tell you about these on site, on Twitter and by email (if you’re subscribed to our newsletter).
I forgot about the changes to Coke Zone and sent a code by SMS. What’s happened, and have I been charged?
Don’t worry, we haven’t charged you for your text. But you won’t get any points.
Can I still collect points?
You don’t need to – there’s nothing on our new site that requires points.
What’s happened to any points I had left?
Your points expired at 23.59 on 15 October 2013. On behalf of all Coke Zone members with leftover points, Coca-Cola has made a donation to WWF.
There was a reward I really wanted but didn’t get, is there any way to get it now?
No, we’re sorry you missed out but we can’t help you with this.
I placed an order before 15 October 2013, how can I check on the progress?
Just give us a call on 0800 028 8038 and the team will be happy to update you. Lines are open Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
How are items shipped?
We use Royal Mail or DHL.
If I grabbed a reward voucher before 15 October 2013, can I still redeem it now?
Reward vouchers (e.g. cinema e-tickets) each have an individual expiry date – take a look in your rewards email to find yours. If it’s still valid, you can still use it. Simple!
I grabbed a reward voucher but didn’t receive the confirmation email. How do I get it?
First, check your junk folder as sometimes you’ll find the email there. If it’s not, give us a call on 0800 028 8038. Lines are open Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
I haven’t received a reward I ordered before 15 October 2013, what should I do?
Most items are dispatched within 7-10 days, but it can take 28 days for delivery. If you haven’t received your reward in this time, contact our team on 0800 028 8038. They’ll have it sorted in no time.
Can I return or exchange my reward?
Sorry, rewards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Can I still enter prize draws?
Yes, there will still be prize draws you can enter, and the opportunity to win amazing Coca-Cola prizes. You won’t need points to enter these.
I entered loads of prize draws to use up my points. Did I win?
Prize draw winners will be notified by email by 21st October. To find out who won a particular draw, you can also speak to our team on 0800 028 8038. Lines are open Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
I got an email to say I won, but I haven’t received my prize, what should I do?
Prizes are dispatched within 7-10 days, but it can take 28 days for delivery. If you haven’t received your prize in this time, contact our team on 0800 028 8038. They’ll have it sorted in no time.

Do I still have a Coke Zone account?
Yes, you still have an account, but right now you’re not able to login. Don’t worry; this function will be back soon.
In your new account, you won’t be able to see your points, rewards and prize draws history. If you need it, you can get this from our team by calling 0800 028 8038. Lines are open Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
Why can’t I login?
The login functionality is temporarily unavailable, but don’t worry, this doesn’t affect the way that you use the site, you still have full access to everything else. You’ll be able to login soon - stay tuned for more information.
Will I still receive Coke Zone emails?
Yes, if you’re subscribed to our newsletter, we’ll still be sending regular emails featuring everything from the latest videos to new prize draws. If you no longer want to receive these, just give us a call on 0800 028 8038 and we’ll change your settings.
How can I change my email preferences?
If you’re currently subscribed to our emails, simply click ‘unsubscribe’ at the bottom of any of the newsletters you’ve received from us.
How can I access my account history?
You can access your account history by calling our team on 0800 028 8038, but it’s not available on site any more.
How do I close my account?
Give us a call on 0800 028 8038. Lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (excluding US Bank Holidays).
Personal data will be removed from closed accounts after 18 months of the last login.
How can I delete my ‘Coke Zone’ account?
Give us a call on 0800 028 8038. Lines are open Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (excluding US Bank Holidays).
Please be aware that if you ask for your details to be deleted, your details will be removed and you will not receive any further communication from Coke Zone and Coca-Cola Great Britain.

What is the Diet Coke ‘Free Magazine’ promotion?
Diet Coke is offering you a free Look or Now magazine.
To get your free magazine, simply purchase a promotional pack of Diet Coke, visit www.dietcokefreemagazine.co.uk, enter the promotional code from the pack along with your details and select which magazine you’d like to receive. You will then receive a coupon to print and redeem in-store for your selected magazine.
When does the promotion take place?
The promotion commences on 17/02/2014 and closes at 11.59pm on 30/03/2014.
Coupons are valid for redemption in-store until 13/04/2014 inclusive.
There is a bonus draw to win 1 of 10 annual magazine subscriptions to your choice of Look or Now magazine for entries received between 31/03/2014 and 11.59pm on 22/06/2014. The draw will take place on 25/06/2014 and the winners will be notified
What Diet Coke packs is the promotion available on?
You’ll find one promotional code on the following promotional packs of Diet Coke:
- 1.75ltr single PET bottles

What magazines can I get?
You will be able to choose from either Look or Now magazine. You will be required to select your magazine upon online entry and you will receive a coupon redeemable against the magazine selected. The coupon is valid for redemption up to and including 13/04/2014

Where can I find my promotional code?
Promotional codes can be found etched or printed on the following areas of your promotional packs:
- Laser etched into the plastic of the bottle, behind the label on 1.75ltr and 2ltr single PET Diet Coke bottles
- On the card insert inside 330ml x 6 packs of Diet Coke
- On the card insert inside 330ml x 8 packs of Diet Coke
- On the inside of the cardboard packaging of 330ml x 10 packs of Diet Coke
- On the inside of the cardboard packaging of 330ml x 12 packs of Diet Coke
- On the inside of the cardboard packaging of 330ml x 15 packs of Diet Coke
There is no promotional code on my pack of Diet Coke. What should I do?
First double-check that there is no promotional code and that the pack is, in fact, a promotional pack of Diet Coke. Please see above for details of where to find your promotional code.

What if my promotional code is not working?

How many promotional codes can I enter?
You can enter the promotion as many times as you wish but each promotional code can only be entered once for one free magazine.
Entry to the Promotion
How do I get my free magazine?
Simply visit www.dietcokefreemagazine.co.uk, enter a code from a promotional pack of Diet Coke along with your details and select which magazine you’d like to receive. You will then receive a coupon for the selected magazine, which can be redeemed in participating retailers. The coupon is valid for redemption until 13/04/2014.
Is there any age restriction to enter the promotion?
You must be 12 years or over. If you are under 16 years you will require parental/guardian consent.
Can I enter if I live outside of Great Britain, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands?
Unfortunately not, the promotion is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales), the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands only, excluding employees and their immediate families of Coca-Cola Great Britain, Coca-Cola Enterprises Limited, their affiliates, their agents, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
Do I need an email address to enter?
In order to print your coupon, you will need to follow the link in your confirmation email. You will require a valid email address to complete this action. So please ensure that your email address is entered correctly when you submit your claim.
Do I need a mobile phone number to enter online?
No. You do not need to provide a mobile phone number to submit a claim for a coupon. However, in the bonus draw period, you will need to enter a contact telephone number to enable us to contact you if you are a winner.
I am registered to Coke Zone. Why do I have to enter my details again?
The login functionality is temporarily unavailable, but don’t worry, this doesn’t affect the way that you use the site, you still have full access to everything else. As such, for this promotion, you will need to enter your details for each claim.

How will I know if my entry has been received?
You will receive a confirmation message on screen. You will also receive a confirmation email including a link to your unique coupon. So please ensure that your email address is entered correctly when you submit your claim.
Can I change my email address?
No. As the login functionality is not currently available, you cannot update your email address. As such, please ensure that your email address is entered correctly when you submit your entry.
Do I need to keep the promotional pack?
No. Once a promotional code has been verified, you will receive a confirmation message on-screen. After receiving the confirmation message, you no longer need to keep the packaging. A link to print your coupon will be sent to you via email.

What is the coupon valid for?
When you submit your claim for a coupon, you will need to select whether you would like to receive a coupon for Look or Now magazine. Your coupon will be valid for redemption against one issue of the magazine you selected.
When does the coupon expire?
The coupon expires on 13/04/2014 (inclusive) and must be redeemed in-store by this date.
I have submitted a request for a coupon, what happens next?
An email will be sent to the email address you used to register. The email contains a link to the coupon-printing page. Please check your junk mail if the email does not appear in your inbox.
When you click the link in the email, you will be directed to a web page which details instructions for printing your coupon.
The print command on this web page can be selected once only, so please ensure that you are ready to print, that your computer is connected to a printer and that your printer has sufficient paper and ink.
Why haven't I received my email?
The email may have been diverted to your junk / spam folders, so please check that first.

Do I need to download software?
The only requirement is a current web browser - for example Firefox, Internet Explorer (IE9 and more recent), Safari, Chrome or Opera.
You will also need a printer to print your coupon. Please note that you can only print your coupon once, so please make sure you’re on a desktop computer that is connected to a printer when you are ready to print.
Why can't I see the actual coupon before I print?
Our secure printing platform ensures that coupons will never display on screen but will directly print to your printer. Please ensure that your default printer is turned on and has paper and ink or toner. Please ensure that your default printer is set to print to paper.
How many times will I be able to print the coupon?
You will only be able to print the coupon once. So please make sure you’re on a desktop computer that is connected to a printer when you are ready to print.
What if I have problems printing?
If you are having trouble printing, please follow the ‘Having trouble printing’ link from your coupon email or coupon print page.
Where can I use the coupon?
The coupon can be redeemed in participating retailers where Look and Now magazine are stocked including major grocers.
Which Grocery Retailers Accept Printable Coupons?
Over 98% of all major supermarkets, newsagents and convenience stores accept our coupons.
What should I do if a retailer refuses my coupon?
It is the official policy of all of the major grocery retailers in the UK to accept printable coupons; however, acceptance is at the discretion of the store manager. Your coupons could be rejected if the retailer suspects that they are duplicated or manipulated in any way.
If your coupon is refused at a specific retailer, please redeem it at another participating stockist.
